The Battle Plan
Because every battle needs a plan
A three day weekly planner and reflection diary, made to help with the daily struggles that come with artificial nutrition. Small, steady steps, three days a week.
Motivation Monday
Set the tone for the week ahead. Begin with something that inspires you, set goals you can reach, and break them into small tasks so you get the feeling of ticking things off.
Well-being Wednesday
A day that is all about you. Do something that looks after your mind and body beyond the medical routine: a hobby, some mindfulness, time with someone you love.
Fly High Friday
Get outside if you can. A gentle walk, time in the garden or simply sitting in the fresh air. Look back at the week and how far you have come.
How to use it
Each day has three boxes to fill in, and space at the bottom for notes and reflection. Print a page for each day, or keep a notebook. There are no right or wrong answers, and it does not matter if you miss a day. The point is to stop, three times a week, and notice how you are doing.
Carers and family members can use it too. Looking after someone is its own battle.
Fill it in online
Members can fill in their Battle Plan here on the site and look back on their progress week by week. Only you can see yours.
